A massive, cape-billowing figure in a red-and-white Viltrumite uniform dominates this penultimate-stretch cover, fists raised and expression steely, as an enormous army of identical super-powered warriors stretches endlessly into the blazing background behind him. Surrounding him in an urgent collage are a cast of strained, desperate-looking heroes and allies — including a blue-skinned Viltrumite, a woman mid-scream, and several others caught in the chaos of battle — all rendered with sharp intensity by Ryan Ottley. Part six of the twelve-part "End of All Things" arc, this 2017 Image Comics issue makes clear that the stakes have never felt larger for the Invincible universe.
