Cyborg #2
In "The Imitation of Life Part Six: Variant," Cyborg fights to maintain control as a mysterious virus erodes his systems, forcing him and Exxy into hiding. With a new ally, the enigmatic Black Narcissus, stepping in to help, they must evade both the escalating threat of Anomaly—still masquerading as Silas Stone—and the dangerous reach of drug lord Rizzo Rattama, who's using stolen tech to manipulate Detroit’s rats. Written by John Semper Jr. and illustrated by Will Conrad and Szymon Kudranski, with colors by Ivan Nunes and Guy Major and letters by Rob Leigh, this issue’s cover by Will Conrad captures the tension of a city on edge.

When the public learns that Cyborg has been affected by a computer virus that is causing him to lose control, Victor and Exxy go underground until they can cure Victor of the virus. Meanwhile, Anomaly, who is still posing as Silas Stone, attempts to absorb the powers of Variant, while the real Silas Stone continues to be held captive. Anomaly enlists the aide of drug lord Rizzo Rattama to track down Victor and his allies, by providing Rattama with technology allowing him to control the rat population of Detroit.
