The Dr. Silas Stone doppelganger, now identified as the cybernetic being Anomaly, reveals his origin to Victor: the real Dr. Silas Stone created a series of replicants of himself called O.T.A.C.s in an attempt to cure his wife of cancer, but after he failed, the replicants ended up in the hands of unscrupulous scientists who experimented on them. Only the 13th replicant, O.T.A.C. 13, survived to exact revenge on the scientists and Dr. Stone as Anomaly. Now Victor and Exxy must battle Anomaly to save Dr. Stone and themselves.
