Cyborg returns to Detroit from the digital dimension he was trapped in, only to find that 6 months have passed on Earth. He finds that in the time that he was gone Exxy has become a popular rapper with his songs of his exploits with Cyborg, and Anomaly has used his O.T.A.C. technology on Rizzo Rattama transforming him into Ratattack, a giant cybernetic rat. Upon sensing Victor's return, Anomaly send Ratattack after Cyborg.
