Cyborg #3
This collection from the 2018 Cyborg series brings together issues #7-9, following Victor Stone as he confronts a new threat tied to his technological origins. The story arc, titled 'The Recycler,' delves into Cyborg's struggle with his humanity while facing an enemy that exploits his cybernetic components. Written by John Semper Jr. with art by Paul Pelletier and Will Conrad, this volume continues the character's solo adventures in the DC Universe.
In "Singularity Aftermath: Arrival," Cyborg faces the aftermath of his battle with the Digiverse Anomaly, returning to Earth to find Detroit under siege by the Anomaly’s cybernetic army. With help from Black Narcissus and the unexpected return of the real Anomaly—now aware of the dangers of unchecked machine dominance—Victor and Exxy must stand against a threat that’s both familiar and terrifyingly evolved. Written by John Semper Jr. and illustrated by Will Conrad, with inks by Cliff Richards and colors by Ivan Nunes, this issue blends emotional weight with high-stakes action, all framed by Eric Canete’s striking cover.
