Crisis on Multiple Earths #1
"Crisis on Earth-One!" kicks off a multiversal showdown with the JLA rushing to aid the JSA against the enigmatic Aquarius. As Alan Scott's and John Stewart's energies falter within a collapsing protective bubble, Aquarius intervenes—only to seize control of them, forcing the heroes into a brutal clash. With Starman's rod flaring dangerously and Black Canary trapped by Green Arrow's adhesive shaft, a desperate sacrifice from her husband Larry alters the tide. The story unfolds with emotional weight and high-stakes action, written by Denny O'Neil and brought to life by Dick Dillin’s dynamic art, with inks by Sid Greene and lettering by Gaspar Saladino. The cover, a striking collaboration by Dave Gibbons, captures the moment’s intensity.
