“The Bridge Between Earths!”

In "The Bridge Between Earths!", the Justice League of America and the Justice Society of America face a cosmic crisis as two Earths dangerously collide, threatening reality itself. Written by Gardner Fox and illustrated by Mike Sekowsky, with inks by Sid Greene and letters by Gaspar Saladino, this 1966 classic sees the heroes confront the chaos unleashed by an experimental space-warp machine—created by Ray Palmer’s assistant—while The Atom and The Spectre race to restore balance. The cover, penciled by Mike Sekowsky and inked by Joe Giella, captures the moment of interdimensional tension.

The ultimate cause of the trouble is revealed to be an experimental space-warp machine of Ray Palmer's assistant. The gathered JLA and JSA hold the Anti-Matter Man at bay until The Atom (Ray) and The Spectre can re-align the two Earths to their proper times and spaces -- The Atom (Ray) turning off the machine, and the Spectre using his enormous magicks to realign the Earths back to their proper spots.
