# Creepy Worlds #48 This issue contains at least two stories. "Giant from Below" follows a space crew that encounters a hostile alien creature on an alien planet; after gigantic footprints are discovered and one crew member is killed by the creature, the survivors deduce the footprints were a hoax created with a stencil to frighten them. A second story involves a man meeting a woman named Jane Doe at sea who claims to be from another planet, calls herself a jinx, and demonstrates supernatural abilities before mysteriously vanishing after a violent splash, leaving the protagonist bewildered about her true nature and origin.
