Mulciber's group of Night Breed attack Boone's group, but Boone's group sees them off. Unknown to them, they were being watched by Allen Ritegrig, a guest staying at the motel, who ends up tracking down Mulciber's group and asking them to turn him into a Night Breed. Elsewhere, Eigerman and Ashberry arrives on the scene, also trying to track down the Night Breed.
