The cover of Blue Devil #15 (August 1985) promises "Gorilla Thrills!" and delivers exactly that — a massive, roaring gorilla dominates the scene, swatting away a green-costumed figure while Blue Devil himself braces against a monumental structure, trident in hand. Down below, a yellow-caped figure in red and gold strikes a confident pose beside a spinning saw-blade weapon, as the cover cheekily asks, "And who's this new superstar you ask?"
