Batman puts the kibosh on a number of jobs being done by Falcone's men and sends one home with a message for his boss. Falcone doesn't like it and puts in a call to Forbes to do something about it. Forbes and Bard set up a meeting with Batman, but it turns out to be a trap and Bard creates a distraction that allows Batman to escape. Batman then heads to Hong Kong to get more info on why Falcone has returned. Vicki Vale meets with Bard to discuss a drive by shooting that was intended to silence Stephanie Brown.
