Batman deals with the effects of an explosion at Professor Pyg's lab. Falcone, with the assistance of Roadrunner and Tiger Shark, launches an attack on the Penguins's casino while Catwoman is there to question the Penguin about the disappearance of members of the Gotham Underground. The casino ultimately sinks, but not before Catwoman rescues him.
