The psychedelic pink-and-blue border framing the cover perfectly matches the era's anything-goes spirit, with a "Hairy Harry's Toupees" vending machine adding an extra layer of absurdity in the background. Penciled and inked by Gus Lemoine and Jon D'Agostino respectively, this issue is a cheerful slice of Archie Series humor at its most delightfully silly.
