Archie & Friends Double Digest Magazine #22
In "Holiday on the High Seas," the Explorers find themselves trapped in Gloom's bizarre torture chamber, facing their most humiliating foe yet: the off-key maestro Blanfir. With a clever plan in motion, Nitro and Angel launch a daring decoy using a giant pigeon balloon from last year’s Thanksgiving Parade, luring the monster pigeon into a trap that leads straight to Blatvaria—where a hidden computer awaits to handle the giants. Written by Rich Margopoulos and illustrated by Rex Lindsey, with inks by Jon D'Agostino, colors by Barry Grossman, and letters by Mindy Eisman, this high-seas adventure features a cover by Fernando Ruiz and Bob Smith.
