Adventures of Superman: José Luis García-López #2
Superman sweeps a laughing Lois Lane high above a sunlit cityscape on the cover of this second García-López collection, white doves wheeling around the pair in a moment that radiates warmth and wonder. José Luis García-López's pencils and inks are on full display here — fluid, elegant, and deeply expressive — making a compelling case for why his Superman work has endured as some of the most visually appealing the character has ever received. Collecting stories including "Three Billion Targets!" with art by García-López inked by Josef Rubinstein and colored by Dave Stewart, this 2020 hardcover is a genuinely satisfying showcase of the Man of Steel at his most human and heroic.
