DC Comics Presents #67
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA delightful 1984 holiday team-up, this issue pairs Superman with none other than Santa Claus himself — and the cover by José Luis García-López makes the most of the pairing. Superman flies urgently through a snowy night sky while Santa's reindeer-drawn sleigh carries elves and gifts above a rooftop where a colorfully striped villain clutches what appears to be stolen toys, with toy tanks and weapons scattered below. It's a genuinely charming premise brought to life with crisp, energetic linework, and the interior story — "'Twas the Fright Before Christmas!" — is in capable hands with Len Wein, E. Nelson Bridwell, and the art team of Curt Swan and Murphy Anderson.
