[Chapter One] The Second Coming of Superman unfolds in the hidden city of Quorxas, where a prophecy foretells the return of their god, Sonzrr—confirmed when a massive Atlantean steel statue of Superman is unearthed from the ocean depths. As the statue is brought to Metropolis to honor Superman on his special day, Lex Luthor, having teleported into Quorxas to find a weapon against the Man of Steel, begins his search, while Quorxan priestess Ryla follows the statue’s journey to witness the fulfillment of her people’s faith.

In "Chapter Two: The First Coming of Superman!", Lex Luthor and Brainiac uncover ancient alien texts revealing how Superman once traveled millions of years into the past, where a cosmic storm stripped his ectoplasm and birthed a super-powered monster. Now, with fragments of that energy scattered among the Quorxan aliens, the duo devises a plan to harness the same super-ectoplasm to defeat the Man of Steel.

In "Chapter Three: A God Walks among Us!", Ryla sets out to understand her god’s true nature as she journeys with Stålmannen to Quorxa, where two of the Quorxan people have fallen ill for the first time in millions of years. As the god walks among his earthly followers, their fragile faith and ancient suffering begin to test the limits of divine power.

In "Chapter Four: The Fall and Rise of Sonzrr!", Brainiac and Lex Luthor team up to resurrect the cosmic vortex that once drained Steel's super-energetic plasma, aiming to shrink Earth and bottle it for their own twisted ambitions. As the planet trembles under the strain, Sonzrr faces a desperate trial of strength and will to stop them.
