Alyssa Wong
Alyssa Wong is an American writer known for their work in speculative fiction, comics, and games. Born in the United States, Wong earned a Master of Fine Arts in fiction from North Carolina State University in 2017 before entering the comics industry. They are best recognized as the writer of Marvel’s *Star Wars: Doctor Aphra* series beginning in 2020, as well as the 2022 *Deadpool* and *Iron Fist* runs, the *Alligator Loki* webtoon, and the *Psylocke* series launched in 2024. Their comics work often blends sharp character dynamics with genre-spanning action. Wong also contributed to DC’s *Batman: Urban Legends* and the anthology *DC Pride: Better Together*.
