Billy Kaplan-Altman is a young mutant sorcerer who discovered he was the reincarnated son of the Scarlet Witch. After being bullied, his latent magical abilities manifested, eventually leading him to join the Young Avengers under the name Asgardian before adopting the identity Wiccan.
