Helmut Zemo is the thirteenth Baron Zemo, son of the original Nazi Baron Heinrich Zemo and a legacy villain who inherited both his father's aristocratic title and obsessive hatred of Captain America. A genius tactician and master combatant, he founded the Masters of Evil and later masterminded the Thunderbolts.
