A wild, surreal New Year’s Eve unfolds across Manhattan in this delightfully absurd issue, as Spider-Man and Thor navigate Times Square with more chaos than celebration—drifting through Dr. Strange’s unexpected male strip show, while the Fantastic Four observe from the Baxter Building. With Franklin and the Thing tossing coins that go dangerously wrong, the Hulk making a messy exit into the Morlocks’ tunnels, and Mephisto’s dramatic, disastrous arrival at the ball, the night spirals into unforgettable madness—no romantic kisses at midnight, just pure, unpredictable comic mayhem.

Spider-Man and Thor head to Times Square for New Year's Eve. They stop by Dr. Strange's, but there is a male strip show happening. Elsewhere, the Fantastic Four watch from the top of the Baxter Building. Franklin and Thing throw coins from the building, one of which kills Aunt May. Eating a hot dog from a vendor makes Hulk have to poop, and he goes into a manhole on the Morlocks. Firemen have to pry him out. Mephisto arrives at the ball, threatening everyone, but falls down the pole and kills Xavier. Spider-Man and Thor do not kiss at midnight.
