With help from his friends Atomino Bip-Bip and Manetta, and the ever-suspicious Basettoni and Gambadilegno, Topolino follows a trail of clues that leads from the seaside cliffs to the heart of a hidden legend, all while unraveling the strange connection between the sand and the missing Chirikawa necklace.

When Scrooge McDuck commissions a rocket to safeguard his fortune on the Moon, his easily convinced nephew Donald is recruited to handle the heavy lifting—only to be joined by a trio of stowaway nephews. As the overloaded craft veers off course, Scrooge makes a desperate move to save the mission by jettisoning Donald onto an asteroid, promising a rescue on the return. With the ship now under control, the crew—Gyro, the boys, and Scrooge—crash-land on Jupiter, far from home and even farther from their original plan.
