Thunderbolts: Doomstrike #1

Part of Marvel's 2025 "One World Under Doom" banner, this opening chapter — "A Doomed Man" — launches a sharp new Thunderbolts series with a cover by Leinil Francis Yu that pulls no punches: a red-haired sword-wielding woman, a caped armored figure locked in a blade-to-blade clash, a pink-haired fighter below, and armored soldiers in the background all collide in a beautifully kinetic free-fall composition. Writers Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing team with artist Tommaso Bianchi and colorist Yen Nitro to set the stage for what looks like a dangerous mission operating in the shadow of Doom's global rule.
