Fresh out of the Modern Age, Destroyer made their Marvel debut in 2023's Captain America: Cold War Aftermath, brought to life by writer Tochi Onyebuchi and artist Zé Carlos — a creative team with serious pedigree. In just a handful of appearances, this newcomer has already found themselves in remarkably charged company, sharing pages with Captain America, Sharon Carter, and none other than Doctor Doom himself across titles like Thunderbolts: Doomstrike and Captain America. Nine appearances in and already rubbing shoulders with Marvel's heaviest hitters — Destroyer is a character worth watching as their story is clearly still being written.
