Thor the Mighty Avenger #4

This charming cover by Chris Samnee says it all — Thor in his winged helmet and red cape is locked in a gleeful bear hug with a laughing, mustachioed figure in a gold helmet and sweeping purple robes, both of them grinning like they're having the time of their immortal lives. The warm camaraderie radiating off that image pairs perfectly with the story title "Boys' Night Out," promising something a little lighter and more fun than your average thunder god adventure. Roger Langridge and Samnee's Thor: The Mighty Avenger consistently found heart and humor in the mythology, and issue #4 looks like a fine example of exactly that.
