Harry gets a few steps closer to connecting Adrian Chase to the death of the old Vigilante. Dave, the new Vigilante, convinces a local gang to work with him in trying to discover who is behind the mob war that is raging through the city. As he is battling a group of hit men sent by the mob, however, he finds himself confronted by Harry and his own girlfriend, who also happens to be a police officer.
