Bruce Banner is brought to Area 102, and reunites with Betty. Bruce becomes the Hulk and tries to leave, and the military pretends they could care less, which confounds the Hulk. Bruce stays at the military base, then leaves with Betty and General Ross to visit Rick Jones in the hospital. Bruce is captured by a giant robot, and tries to "Hulk out," but the Hulk part of his psyche refuses to cooperate.
