“Six Months Later...”

"Six Months Later..." marks a pivotal moment in the Hulk’s story, as Peter David and Liam Sharpe explore a quieter, more grounded chapter in the life of Bruce Banner and Betty Ross—now living under new identities in the Florida town of Sunville. When a child goes missing and a serial killer terrorizes the swamps, the fragile peace shatters, leading Skip Templeton into the dangerous wilderness where he confronts both the killer and the haunting remains of his brother—just as the Man-Thing emerges from the shadows. The cover by Liam Sharp and Paul Neary captures the eerie tension of this isolated, haunted landscape.

Six months after the expulsion of Hulk from the Phanteon, the Green Giant and Betty live in the Florida town of Sunville, going by the name the Danner family. During their stay, a serial killer named Albert kidnaps and kills Billy Templeton. After the murder, Albert hides in the Florida swamps near the monstrous Man-Thing. Billy’s brother, Skip, searches for him by heading into the swamp. There, Skip encounters both Albert and his brother’s remains. As Skip is about to pull the trigger of his gun, the Man-Thing suddenly appears.
