In "Who Doomed the Flash?", the Flash [Barry Allen] faces a baffling mystery when five of his most notorious foes—Mirror Master [Sam Scudder], Captain Boomerang [George "Digger" Harkness], The Top [Roscoe Dillon], Captain Cold [Leonard Snart], and The Trickster [James Jesse]—all seem to be in Central City at once. Though each is quickly ruled out by alibis proving they were in prison, the Flash soon realizes he’s been lured into a clever trap set by one of them, with Paul Barrett caught in the middle.
Kid Flash and the Elongated Man team up for the first time when the Weather Wizard unleashes a brutal winter on a mountain region, threatening its inhabitants. With Barry Allen’s speed and Ralph Dibny’s stretchy ingenuity, the duo must unravel the villain’s scheme before the cold claims more lives.
