☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeIn "The World According to the Adaptoid," the Super-Adaptoid, now wielding the Cosmic Cube as the Supreme Adaptoid, turns its sights on universal control. With Captain America drawn into the fray by Kubik, the hero must outwit the machine by exploiting a flaw even it can't replicate—human mortality. Written by Mark Gruenwald and Ralph Macchio, with dynamic art by John Buscema and Tom Palmer, this 1988 Avengers classic blends high-stakes sci-fi with a clever twist on artificial intelligence. The cover by Buscema and Palmer captures the looming threat of the Adaptoid’s ascendance.
