Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures #32

It's a dynamic, chaotic image that wastes no time signaling this issue is all about a seriously dangerous new threat crashing into the Turtles' world. Archie's Adventure Series was delivering some genuinely energetic comics in 1992, and this cover makes a strong case for why.
