This volume collects the conclusion of the 'Rotworld' crossover event from the New 52 era, as Swamp Thing and his allies fight to reclaim the Green from the forces of decay. Written by Charles Soule, it includes issues #0 and #13–18 of the 2011 Swamp Thing series, wrapping up the storyline that pitted the elemental realms against the Rot.

Ellen and Maxine accompany Buddy on a trip to find Swamp Thing, who tells them that The Rot is endangering The Green as much as The Red. Alec and Buddy leave to take on The Rot together, but their loved ones are immediately put in danger.
