Starman #64

Part three of the sprawling "Grand Guignol" arc arrives in Starman #64 (April 2000), and Andrew Robinson's painted cover sets an appropriately eerie, dreamlike tone. A blue-skinned figure screams in anguish at the foreground's center, hands pressed to his head, while a richly layered collage of characters — a masked hero in red, a sinuous figure in blue, a shadowy figure in a hat, ghostly faces, and a child-like silhouette — crowd the composition in swirling yellows and greens.
