Part Five of the ambitious twelve-part "Worlds Collide" crossover, this 2013 Archie Comics issue brings together two of gaming's most beloved blue heroes — Sonic the Hedgehog and Mega Man — charging side by side in a swirling vortex of energy, fists ready and clearly outnumbered by a squad of Robot Masters closing in from all sides. The cover tagline says it all: "2X the Blue, 2X the Adventure," and Patrick Spaziante's pencils and inks deliver that energy with real punch. With Ian Flynn scripting and Tracy Yardley on interior art, this SEGA/Capcom mashup remains one of Archie's most ambitious undertakings of its era.
