Shade, the Changing Man #58

A figure seemingly composed of — or dissolving into — a swirl of confetti-like fragments dominates Duncan Fegredo's striking cover for this April 1995 Vertigo entry, clutching what appears to be a box while scattered Polaroid snapshots tumble around him, each capturing small everyday objects: a high heel, a beer can, a ring, a cigarette, a newspaper.
