Not trusting the government (and specifically Gyrich) to put his weapons to good (read: ethical) use, Forge agrees to build one giant neutralizer in space which will be powered by Rom's neutralizer and banish all Dire Wraiths from Earth. As the weapon nears completion, a shuttle crew delivering parts who have been possessed by Wraiths arrive to monkey up the works.
