Because Sybil's blindness has been caused by Wraith magic, Rom is able to restore her sight. As Rom and Sybil are flying over the ocean, they are attacked by a Wraith created sea monster. Namor saves Sybil and sends her to Atlantis in an oxygen bubble. Rom and Namor travel to Neptune's Cave to battle a Dire Wraith infestation. The Wraiths are able to use their magic to awaken a terrible sea monster.
