Terry spots an old woman on the street and learns from her that her son is about to be executed for a crime he didn't commit. She takes the woman to see Mr. E. A Messenger of Justice finds the residence of the true gang leader, then alerts Mr. E that the gang is about to leave town after framing the boy. Ricci successfully traps Mr. E at Dorrences' mother's home, but the Messengers of Justice help save the day, and Dorrence is released from prison.
