Kayo Comics #12

Kayo Comics #12 is an anthology featuring multiple stories, including "Lonesome Luke," where the titular character attempts to join the Army by visiting Devil's Gulch to sign up, only to have his teeth examined by a sergeant who finds them perfect and declares he will take them out so Luke can see they are flawless. "Captain Glory" depicts a naval adventure in which the heroic captain is chained to a line by a heartless crew, cast into the sea, but manages to raise himself to the surface and is rescued by his crew. "Joe Ticket: The Picket" shows Joe Ticket carrying picket signs to protest unfair labor practices at various stores, including a drug store and chain store.
