When bugs invade the White House, Prez calls on Clyde Piper to draw them away, but refuses to pay his ridiculous fee. A month later Prez faces a Senate committee concerned with electronic surveillance bugs while the traditional Easter Egg festivities go on at the White House. Clyde Piper invades the party and walks off with the children. Curlyman and Balderman come to Prez and admit that they set loose the insects on the White House, with attached recording devices, so now they have Clyde Piper's lair bugged and Prez and Eagle Free can track down the exterminator before he drowns the children.
