Bill cant resist a pretty face selling raffle tickets. Upset after he's bought them, he's happy when he finds out he's won and the prize is a car. When he searches for the book of tickets, Jinx informs him that she sold them to Bobo to try and get back some of the money he was upset about spending on them in the first place. Unfortunately for Bill, Bobo doesn't want to sell them back and her dad puts Bill in the hospital after he find out about the prize and thinks that Bill was trying to rip off his daughter.
