Harvey Comics' beloved polka-dot enthusiast is front and center on this cheerful April 1962 cover, where Little Dot sits perched on a small stool, blowing soap bubbles from a wand — except something's gone wonderfully sideways, as the bubbles have all turned into floating ice cubes, much to her wide-eyed frustration. A box of "Bubbles" soap and a foamy bowl sit nearby, completing the charmingly puzzling scene brought to life by Warren Kremer's expressive linework. It's the kind of warm, whimsical Harvey humor that made these comics a staple of the spinner rack.
