☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeHarvey Comics' cheerful polka-dot heroine gets into the winter spirit in this February 1976 issue, where the cover finds Little Dot putting the finishing touches on a snowman built entirely out of snowballs — perfectly on-brand for a girl who loves dots in every form. The snowman, broom in hand and carrot nose gleaming, towers over Dot as she reaches up admiringly in her signature polka-dot outfit and cap. At a quarter a copy, this is a delightfully charming slice of Harvey fun with "Lots of Dots — Lots of Fun" delivered in full.
