Harvey Comics' long-running polka-dot charmer returns in this November 1971 issue, and the cover sets a wonderfully chaotic tone. Little Dot — dressed in her signature black-dotted orange outfit — is gleefully pogo-sticking through a spray of splashing water, while a bewildered figure in a yellow hard hat peeks up from an open manhole surrounded by a wrench and the displaced cover. It's a lighthearted, energetic scene that captures exactly the playful mischief fans of "Much Ado About Dots" have come to love from this Harvey favorite.
