Harvey Comics' long-running polka-dot charmer returns in issue #138, and the sunny cover says it all: Dot, dressed in her signature spotted outfit, has pulled a fishing hook right out of the hands of a napping man in a cowboy hat — and the fish are practically leaping out of the water to greet her.
