Little Dot #130

Harvey's polka-dot queen is at it again in this cheerful 1970 entry from her long-running series. The cover finds Little Dot — resplendent in her signature red-and-black polka-dot dress — tickling the feet of a lounging, red-haired companion on a park bench with what appears to be a large polka-dotted slipper, much to the poor girl's squirming dismay. It's a wonderfully silly snapshot of the lighthearted mischief that made Little Dot a staple of Harvey Comics fun.
