Harvey Comics' polka-dot princess is in full form on this 1967 issue, as Little Dot strolls her whimsical yard carrying a spotted watering can, her red-and-black polka-dot dress perfectly matching the dot-covered fence, the round-doored pink cottage, and just about everything else in sight. It's a delightfully consistent world where even the trees bear dotted fruit, and Dot looks thoroughly pleased with herself at the center of it all. "A Lotta Dot" is exactly the right title for a cover this cheerfully obsessive.
