Little Dot #100

A hundred issues of dot-mania called for a cover that goes all-in, and Harvey Comics delivered: Little Dot herself is swept off her feet by a literal avalanche of colorful dots pouring through an open door, clutching her polka-dotted "Dot Collection" bag for dear life while her spotted puppy tumbles along beside her. The gag is perfectly in tune with the character's beloved obsession, scaled up to gloriously chaotic proportions for this milestone hundredth issue. At just 12¢ in 1965, this is Harvey humor at its most cheerfully overwhelming.
