Set against a blood-red background emblazoned with the slogan "Earth for Humans!", this March 1994 issue puts the Legionnaires squarely in the crosshairs of an angry, sign-waving mob demanding that aliens go home. A powerfully built Legionnaire looms large at the top of the cover while a flame-wielding teammate in red and gold stands her ground at the center, the team bracing against the hostile crowd pressing in from all sides. Chris Sprouse's pencils and Karl Story's inks deliver a tense, charged composition that makes "Street Justice" look like exactly the kind of socially resonant superhero drama the Legion does so well.
