Keith Giffen and Al Gordon's cover work conjures a haunting atmosphere of aftermath and menace, framing Roxxas as a villain whose presence leaves devastation in its wake. With Tom & Mary Bierbaum driving the story alongside Giffen, this is the kind of brooding, consequence-driven Legion storytelling that made the 1990 run so compelling.
